Mike Soegtrop Photography is working with local printers to produce the highest quality of printing services.  We are using Print Partner Inc., located in North York, Ontario. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5 business days, However, shipping times, may vary greatly depending on your location and the current status of the shippers

What is the cost of Shipping?

Exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout however most orders are charged as a flat rate of $

• $19.95 for amounts under $150 and 

• $29.95 for amounts between $150 - $300. 

• Order values above $300 will be charged at a rate of approximately 15% of order value calculated before discounts and taxes. 

We ship within Canada & the continental United States, shipments overseas and to AK, HI, YK, NT, NWT will incur additional charges which will be quoted on a case-by- case basis. 

Once shipped you, your order is insured and tracked. The majority of orders will arrive within 5 business days. Shipping times vary greatly depending on your location and the current status of the shippers

All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit and shipped insured.   However, if damage or loss does occur please me immediately and take pictures of the damage to the packaging as well as the damage to your print. 

DO NOT THROW OUT any damaged materials until advised by us as the shipper may request an inspection.  We ship your order insured so once the damage claim has been approved we will send out a replacement piece.  No cash refunds will be given for damaged shipments.

What is the Guarantee?

Print Partner guarantee is simple, if for any reason you are unhappy with the production quality of the materials used, we will replace or fix it at our cost.  This includes defects such as loose canvas, bubbles, scratches, fading or warping.

We use a 100% colour calibrated workflow however, due to the huge variety of monitors used to view images we cannot guarantee that the colour and density you view on your monitor will exactly match the final print. 

Can I cancel my Order?

Your order may be cancelled and a full refund issued as long as your order has not gone into production.  Our production times vary and can commence anywhere from an hour after receiving your order to several days.  If you must cancel your order, please contact me ASAP by email at mike.soegtrop@bell.net

What is the Privacy Policy?

Your privacy is important to us. The personal information you enter on the Merchant Link Pages such as credit card, name, phone number, email and mailing address, are protected by Authorize.net.

This site may request personally identifiable data from you (“personal information”), which may include your email address, and other personal information such as your address, telephone number, etc., and in the case of online shopping, credit card number and expiration date.

What about Metal Prints?

Metal Prints are specially coated at the manufacturer and as such the coating may contain some imperfections such as small blips or dimples.  We inspect each sheet and attempt to place any imperfections in an area of the image that won't be noticed.  Due to the nature of the coating, we cannot remake a metal print due to these imperfections unless it is in a prominent area and noticeably visible from a normal viewing distance of 5 feet.
